LEGAL SERVICE FUND ELIGIBILITY

All employees, spouses and dependent children covered by a written agreement (Union contract) between Local 210 and an Employer, contributing to the Legal Fund are entitled to benefits provided by the Plan during such period of times as the employee remains eligible for benefits provided by the Legal Fund and the Plan remains in effect.
